STRATEGIS AG was founded in 1998 and the company continues to be privately held, run by its founders. We are specialists in integrated Asset and Property Management as well as Investment and Marketing Solutions. Our business activities are organized into three business units: RE Investment, RE Management and RE Sales.
Approximately 40 employees are working in offices in Berlin and Magdeburg. At present STRATEGIS manages about 5,000 living and commercial quarters for their owners and sold or rented about 1,000 apartments and houses in 2011.
